What is less stressed in the media, is:
In Israel, there is high sensitivity to the families.
In addition, graphic images usage was / is rarely Israel's policy. Unlike on the Gaza / West Bank / Lebanese side, where every child (used by Hamas, PIJ, Hezbollah, other jihadists - directly or indirectly by using residents) is photographed a thousand times. (And pro Jihadists Al-Jazeera enthusiastsic to inflame the Arab world.).
The Israelis usually refrain from this routine.
This goes too, of course, to the beheaded babies by "Palestinians" - case.
Asides from the unreliable Hamas controlled Gaza "health ministry" reports of numbers and about "civilians" - which the media takes it as supposed "facts."
Israel has been fighting such wars for 3000 years.
