Following news that the trial to remove Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado before the 2024 presidential election has begun Monday, Jack Posobiec called out Trump’s fellow Republican primary candidates for their silence over the issue on Human Events Daily.
“It's begun,” he stated. “They are attempting … to strip President Trump from his right to run for president.
“And I have a question,” he continued. “Why hasn’t Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley or any of these people spoken out against the effort to take Donald Trump off the ballot? Do they actually stand up for their beliefs? Do they actually stand up for their principles? Do they actually stand up for what they believe in?”

And you're not doing anything or even saying anything?”

(No sane judge would try to remove Trump from any state ballot, and if an insane one did, he or she would be instantly over-ruled on appeal.)
According to the reports I’ve read, this judge is not sane.
They are running to be President not to help Trump get on a ballot
If they don’t make a statement strongly against this then they will NEVER EVER get a vote from me.
They could be running against Satan himself and I would still abstain.
Because of course they are just supposed to respond every time about some talking head "putting them on blast" about what some group is doing here or there.

They don’t need to make a statement. Trump’s BFF and member of his SC campaign leadership team, Lindsey Graham, has it adequately covered.
Democrats want Trump on the ballot. He’s the best GOTV and fundraising tool they’ve ever had.

Mister Trump can simply appear at the forthcoming DEBATE of GOP candidates, and make his case to us voters.

Each state has it’s own stepping stones for being put on the ballot for a general election. There is the old Constitutional natural born, 35 or older, and must be a resident of the US for 14 years.
There’s, also, the 14th amendment which does not apply here as he has not been convicted of the crimes mentioned.
But states can play games also and all fifty do. In Colorado, a couple of the laws that they enforce are filing fees must be accomplished prior to any election processes to include primaries. The person filing must be a member of a viable party like the RNC or DNC. And even if you think you can be written in, you have to pay a fee just to get your write-in votes counted. Oh the games people play.
