The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, under the leadership of Chairman James Comer (R-KY), revealed new findings that suggest a series of complex financial transactions involving the Biden family. These revelations, presented through a video release and accompanying bank records, indicate that Joe Biden has indirectly benefited from funds originating from China.
In the summer of 2017, a series of messages were exchanged between Hunter Biden and Raymond Zhao, an associate from CEFC, a Chinese energy company linked with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The correspondence reveals that Hunter demanded a capital payment of $10 million while suggesting that his father, Joe Biden, was present during the conversation.
A Senate report from September 2020 titled “Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns” reports over $5 million was sent to two Hunter Biden-related firms by the Chinese firm CEFC in early August 2017, which turns out to be just days after Hunter Biden sent a threatening WhatsApp text message on July 30, 2017 to Chinese business associate Henry Zhao that claimed Hunter’s father Joe Biden was “sitting here” with him.
The WhatsApp message was revealed as part of a package of IRS whistleblower statements and evidence released by the House Ways and Means Committee.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
On August 8, 2017, Northern International Capital, a Chinese firm affiliated with CEFC, transferred $5 million to Hudson West III. This venture was co-established by Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, an associate of CEFC. On the same day, Hudson West III transferred $400,000 to Owasco, P.C., an entity owned by Hunter. Within a span of a few weeks, a series of transfers took place, culminating in Sara Biden, sister-in-law to the President, writing a $40,000 check to Joe Biden, labeled as a “loan repayment.”

Yet, underneath all the Biden sucking-up rhetoric about the ennobling virtues of globalism was some very parochial and familial profiteering. In 2013, Joe and his son Hunter Biden flew on Air Force Two to China. China’s BHR Partners was founded that year and included Hunter Biden as a board member. The Delaware Board of Trade was incorporated in 2013. Despite its name, the DBOT was not a government agency, but a penny stock startup which received a $3 million loan from New Castle County.
Joe’s wet kiss to XI, the big Chinese partner in the BHR arrangement was Harvest Fund Management which, coincidentally enough, in 2012 was targeting Hollywood with an $800 million investment fund. That same year, you could find Bruno Wu, who had been working with Harvest, and Chris Dodd, along with Harvey Weinstein, playing roles at the Asian Film Summit in Toronto. And the money didn’t just go one way.
The Delaware Board of Trade was incorporated in 2013. Despite its name, the DBOT was not a government agency, but a penny stock startup which received a $3 million loan from New Castle County. (Delaware is Joe Biden’s home state which he repped as a US Senator.)
New Castle County had approved the issue of $15 million in revenue bonds to fund the DBOT “stock exchange” by touting the “globally recognized leaders in the financial services industry” running it. DBOT’s founders included people with experience in stock exchanges and financial services, and Dennis Toner, who was described as a “top aide to Vice President Joe Biden.” Toner, Biden’s deputy chief of staff, is in the news for denying that Tara Reade ever told him anything. Reade’s decision to tell Toner and Ted Kaufman was a pretty poor one. Both are longtime Biden men and considered as close to the boss as family. Hunter Biden received a $250,000 loan from a Chinese businessman just three months after his father launched his 2020 presidential campaign, and he later transferred the debt to a Hollywood lawyer he befriended, according to evidence gathered by federal and congressional investigators.
The House Oversight Committee first disclosed a few weeks ago that Hunter Biden had gotten a $250,000 wire in July 2019 and used his father’s address in Delaware for the transfer. It was one of the later known foreign payments that Hunter Biden received before he fell on hard times.
Documents gathered by federal law enforcement and reviewed by Just the News show Hunter Biden considered the wire to be a July 25, 2019 “loan” from Xiangsheng “Jonathan” Li, a Chinese businessman whom he had been doing business with for over a decade when they created an investment fund under the name Bohai Harvest RST (BHR).
After Joe Biden became president, the records show, Hunter Biden transferred the debt to Kevin Morris, a Hollywood lawyer whom he befriended after they met at a November 2019 Joe Biden campaign fundraiser in Los Angeles.
The debt was “assumed” by Morris on Nov. 17, 2021 when the lawyer acquired Hunter Biden’s stake in the BHR partnership and a separate company called Skaneateles, LLC, according to one record reviewed by Just the News. Hunter Biden “is no longer the primary obligor” as a result of the transaction with Morris, that memo stated. Morris’ assumption of the debt obligation is only part of millions of dollars in assistance the lawyer, a Democrat donor, has given Hunter Biden since the two met.

Republicans need to talk to Eric Schwerin since emails from Hunter’s hard drive show Schwerin moving money on behalf of Joe and Hunter while helping the latter handle family expenses. Schwerin received Joe Biden’s “Delaware tax refund check” while he was vice president and he and Hunter talked by phone about Joe Biden’s mortgage.
Schwerin emailed Hunter saying he would put monies from Joe Biden’s income tax refund into Hunter’s account because “he owes it to you.” Democrats recently acknowledged Schwerin handled Joe Biden’s finances up until til the end of his VP tenure.
In February 2014, Hunter advised Schwerin to describe himself as a “close confidant and counsel” to his VP dad WRT a letter of recommendation Schwerin was penning on Joe Biden’s behalf. The NY Post reported that Eric Schwerin was involved in the transfer of Joe Biden’s Senate papers to the U of Delaware in March 2010 — which may have included “sensitive” and “classified” documents.
By December 2017, Hunter had fallen out with Schwerin and attempted to cut ties with him.
HUNTER UNLEASHED “I terminated you as an at will employee for gross negligence. Also if you continue to sit with friends of mine and relationships that are mine and defame me I will sue you for defamation of character and embezzlement and for the debt with you still have not contributed your supposed 25% share of,” Hunter wrote on Dec. 12, 2017. “ … We are no longer just done as business partners you should consider moving to somewhere in Florida I’ll never go. Naples is perfect you can live in perpetual time share with your parents and talk about what a horrible person I am.”
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

researcher Peter Schweizer who has been digging into the Biden family’s finances for years.

With all the money funneled to Joe and family over the years, did any of it get declared on their taxes. If not, the next administration needs to use some of those 87,000 extra IRS agents to crawl up the Biden collective butts.
