Because they have made around 100 superhero movies, they have become boring, and now they are also getting woke. Nothing but loud boring battles of people throwing electricity balls at each other, and saying snarky woke things as they defy all authority and win in the end.

Just spitballing here but could it be that everyone is just sick of stupid comic book movies, all of which are idiotic.
I grew up reading comic books and loved the earlier movies. What turned me off was the constant left-wing propaganda in every movie. Also, most of the actors were hardcore leftists. Hollywood and Disney are now toxic institutions.
Heroes are, by definition, individualists who overcome adversity on their own and help to elevate the lives of the people around them. That's a concept that is foreign to these ideologically driven writers of the left.
The "character archetypes required for said story" are often stereotypes of groups of people that are condemned by these writers as oppressors, or supremacists, or privileged, or "anti-" whatever aggrieves the writer at the moment. That's why they can't write good stories, because they despise the very characters that they need for those stories.

First problem is Marvel isn’t Disney and comic books aren’t good enough to provide classic movies.
Most of the Marvel movies are product not aspiring to be art. So there is no creative camera work, flat looking photography that looks like a made for TV movie. Mostly derivative scripts, with a few exceptions. And now the added wokeness with gay characters and and other gender crap. Good riddance.

A lot of the new movies also just suck. Some are incredibly boring and make no sense.
If I had to pick one reason, you have a generation of writers who are self indulgent. Even writers who showed promise when they were under some control, produced awful crap when they were given their freedom.
Tai Wapiti is the greatest example. He produced a great fun film in Thor Ragnorak.
So they let him control Thor Live and Thunder.
The result was an offensively unwatchable stupid mess, which probably perfectly reflects what the guy really likes - junk.
Another turn off is this generation of writers thinks it’s clever to kill off beloved characters, or to show them as pathetic.
The body count keeps growing and is completely uneccessary.

I consider things like an America-hating Captain America who no longer is referred to as Captain America - only “the Captain.”
Other detractors are a no-powers Black Widow, a lesbian Captain Marvel, etc.
The other difficult-to-follow thing are all the close-in, jerky scene fights with the universe bad guts. One of he best that I thought would suck but didn’t was “Aquaman,” however.
I don’t care about the ‘why’ Disney is failing. All I care about is that people are walking away from them and the more people walk away the better I feel.
