DNC changed their.rules in 2022.
Way it works now is, once a nominee has been elected at their convention.. in this case Biden, and they were to drop out for any reason the DNC gets to just name someone to be the nominee. Doesn’t have to be anyone that ran in the primaries. They can select of their own accord anyone without any public voting at all.
So expect Biden to be propped up through the convention, accept the nomination at the convention and then be pushed aside and someone else be declared their nominee by the DNC leadership.
The world nor FR is the same place when that policy was mentioned. No need to be prudish.
