that makes him a citizen, but his foreigner parents means he’s not natural born because he had a choice of citizenship. As did Obama with his British/Kenyan father regardless of where he was born. A natural born citizen is US with citizen parents and no other choice.

I am aware of the arguments.
I just don’t think that after Obama was allowed to be nominated and serve that it applies any longer. I think the new standard is actually both parents being in the country legally when the candidate is born in the US (Not sure Obama even makes that.) and to not have held foreign citizenship, (Obama flunked that one too)
He is closer than Obama, closer than Cruz, and in the same spot as Hairass.
Haley’s status is irrelevant to me because I’m not voting for her.
Because the courts do not want to void everything the Obama administration did. And politicians don’t want to admit they messed up. The standard has changed.
