As to this one, if I had known it was one of the Obama productions, I would have skipped it. If I had known how the plot was going to develop and ultimately end, I would have skipped it. I guess I should have just skipped it.

The only redeeming character was Kevin Bacon, who while portrayed as the evil white prepper, was actually the only real man figure in the movie.

It was only fitting that the urban families all go up in a nuclear winter while the mind numbed white girl watches the final episode of Friends.

At the beginning of the movie, the vacation home’s owner, G.H. Scott, and his daughter, Ruth, arrive at their home after a major cyber attack occurs across the United States.

Right. So if the country suffers a major cyber attack, we are not to trust white people to restore order. 

Leave it to the blacks and hispanics.

Kevin Bacon’s character was good. Reminded me of Tremors.

Ending is LAME.

Movie was a B- overall.

Several unrealistic aspects to the scenario.

And yeah the daughter’s racism was obvious. Realistically the movie did not diss whites. It just didn’t. And I do not recall those quotes from the movie. Watched it last night.

Okay, but maybe at the end of the movie Kevin Bacon and Julia Roberts turn out to be the White Saviors who save Mahershalalhashbaz and his kid’s butts.

The movie depicts middle class Caucasian people as weak, confused, selfish, and indecisive.

The writer and director, both of Muslim ideology, use barely subtle references to that culture as the formidable threat.

Julia Robert’s character is panic stricken, vulgar speaking, and more schizoid than panicked.

Some may praise the work, but it is a poor effort at America bashing.
