In a video statement released on Friday, Letitia James admitted that Judge Engoron had already determined Trump engaged in “significant financial fraud” prior to the commencement of the current trial.
“Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud,” the “corrupt” Attorney General admitted. “We uncovered throughout this trial, we revealed the full extent of that fraud. We introduced extensive evidence and questioned more than two dozen witnesses.”

Of course the trial *will* continue and DJT *will* be convicted. But this will be of considerable interest to the Federal appeals courts that review this case.
I hate to say it, but the lady justice is turning out to be in many cases, fat black women. The facts are the facts and the bodies are the bodies.
It was all over the news months ago that James petitioned the judge to make a summary judgement due to overwhelming evidence, and he agreed.
Why is Gateway Pundit acting like we're just finding out about this now?

This “judge” must have studied judge freisler’s methods.
She made the statement Friday and Gateway Pundit is reporting on it.
Well, that observation holds merit.

This trial and all the others are going nowhere. They are simply instruments for revealing to the public the extent of systematic corruption we live in.
This DA and Judge should be brought up on corruption and treason charges then after a fair trial when obviously found guilty as charged, spend the rest of their natural lives in a supermax prison. Mostly in solitary confinement.

Then came the evidence at trial.
A bank professional—— Deutsche Bank managing director of its wealth management group, trained to detect bank fraud-—testified in court that large changes to net worth like Trump’s wealth “isn’t unusual.”
The bank always anticipates beforehand that the net worth of high-wealth clients like Donald Trump can certainly be elevated on self-reported financial statements.
However official bank policy is that fact alone wouldn’t necessarily stop the bank from issuing the loan.
And didn’t for Trump......he got his loan, he paid it back, the bank made money.
He did. This trial is about how much money and penalties are involved.
Guilty until proven innocent.
