If Trump chooses Haley, it will be widely heralded as the perfection of 44-D chess. So true. Trump could pick Pence again and his supporters would still follow along, that’s nothing like shooting someone right on 5th Avenue and being excused for it as Trump brags he could get away with.
But Haley has been the plan all along, obviously.
