A white man pointed a gun at an innocent, law abiding, black female amazon driver, threatened to shoot her, and used racial slurs.
Since the video proves that a criminal pointed a gun at an innocent person, I support executing him. And the execution should take place within 24 hours of sentencing. It should not take 20 or 30 years to execute someone when there is video proof.
This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. What the legal system does or does not do to this criminal will send a message to everyone else about whether or not this kind of behavior is going to be tolerated.
Also, the guy said he was upset because her delivery vehicle was blocking his driveway. Apparently, he lacks the patience and/or intelligence to realize that such blocking in only a very short term event, and that the driver and vehicle will be gone within a minute or two.
This guy is clearly not the kind of person who should be allowed to own a gun. He is too impatient, and too irrational, to be owning a gun.
To date, no record of a black man holding a gun on a white Amazon driver has been reported to police. The reason is, the police will do nothing about it.

It is reckless, and he probably shouldn’t have a gun if he is a hothead.
But why 10 times the outrage when black people are actually killing white people every week?

Well, that’s a mighty dumb comment. Kinda invalidates the rest of the article (which is otherwise quite sensible).

The racial slurs are of little interest to me. They’re rude and tasteless...nothing more and nothing less. But unless he had a *damn* good reason to do so pointing the gun should get him at least a year (for a first offense) and a lot more if he’s “well known to the police”.

Video, or it didn't happen. Most of these claims turn out to be created by the individual reporting them. The vast majority are just fake.
A few years ago I saw FBI stats...an Excel file from the FBI website itself...which clearly indicate that cross racial murder in this country is rare. More specifically blacks killing whites is rare (can’t recall the exact stats,IIRC it was something like 3 or 4 percent) and whites killing blacks is almost unheard of (IIRC it was about 1%).
The white guy was wrong and needs to be punished. I’m 100% certain that he will be, and that this twitter will have al sharpton on site doing a war dance.
But executing him is going too far.
They never mention race when it’s the other way around.
The twitter poster should ponder what happens when the penalty for merely threatening someone is the same as for murdering them.
Threatening people with a gun is a serious offense. Prosecute for that if the evidence is there. But charging someone with a crime they didn’t commit is not what the “rule of law” is about.
