Angel Studios, the studio behind the surprise hit “Sound of Freedom,” has announced the completion of its latest project, "Homestead,” adapted from the post-apocalyptic book series Black Autumn, written by Jeff Kirkham and Jason Ross.
"Homestead” narrates the story of two contrasting families in a collapsing civilization: a well-prepared, affluent family and a military veteran family hired for security. Set against a backdrop of escalating violence, the plot explores themes of divine intervention amid human conflict.

Realizing that the Obamas were behind this makes this movie all the more terrifying you write what you know or in this case produce what you know
Overall the movie was not bad, but one could see all kinds of Obama hatred through out

Two full sized passenger jets crash in same spot and no explosions and little damage to surrounding area, and you walk into a crash site strewn with wreckage and bodies and the only thing you notice at first is a perfectly half buried watch attached to a perfectly buried body (about spit my pop out on that one)
Want to know what pills those are that can reverse losing teeth and throwing up blood lol
Read a book years ago called patriot if I recall correctly and the basic cause of economic collapse was debt reaching something like 9 trillion😂
Though the movie does not really go into it, but cites like NYC will be mass graveyards within days
Eventually, they’ll just start appropriating prepper fiction
I tried to read the Black Autumn series but inferred some unnecessary anti-Mormon themes. Just took away from the story.
I am not Mormon, but rather just Christian, so no dog in that hunt. I just found it unpleasant and unnecessary.
Other readers likely didn’t infer this.

I think you are talking about a different movie, one that is on NETFLIX RIGHT NOW. I DON’T think Obama has anything to with production of the Angel Studios film this article speaks of.
Only the left would be surprised that a movie like *Sound of Freedom* would be a hit.
The cast is phenomenal. I’m happy to see Jesse hutch in it. He’s moved from hallmark to great American movies with Candace Cameron Bure. A network that puts God first in the movies. A breath of fresh air.

Yes, had some good points, one of the funnier premisses was that European forces had invaded militarily to collect debts, if the US collapsed financially doubt Europe would fair much better.

I enjoyed it, also. Not many start prepping 10 years before whatever disaster. One Second After was scarier.
The Angel Studios movie is not out yet. You watched something else.

Always smile when I see people rushing to get plywood, food, gas, water…. Days before a hurricane. At least with a hurricane you should have some time, others not so much
