I wonder if he has figured out he should have waited until 28 yet.

I think he knows it, but he doesn’t know how to gracefully back out.

My problem with RDSers is that they are perpetually butthurt. You hear that from people who encounter them all over the place.

Nobody is fair to Ron. Whahhhhah. You can’t say mean things about Ron. Whahhhhah.

Offsprings of Kinzinger.

I thought yesterday it was kind of mean when that guy presented Lil Ron with that participation trophy.

Now, I think it was fitting for such a childish grown up man.

Ron needs to admit that “there isn’t a pathway” and step aside and throw his full support behind Trump AND campaign for Trump.

>> If you didn’t, do you realize UK (and Londons mayor), Ireland, Scotland

I do realize that.

Do you further realize that India has overtaken China as the most populous nation in the world?

And frankly, all of that would be just fine with me if India was a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles, as is the USA. Or at least steeped in centuries of Judeo-Christian governance, as is much of the West.

But historically, and for the most part currently, they’re pagan idolaters. And when they export themselves to the west, they don’t convert to Christianity... instead, they bring their paganism and idolatry here, or they convert into a particularly odious form of godless woke humanism (best example of that is that evil bitch Twitter lawyer Vijaya Gadde).

THAT sort of governance, my FRiend, is a problem literally of biblical proportions!

You do know that dying certainly doesn’t just happen to older people. There is no way in hell Ron will ever be VP this election.

Ron may die of self induced humiliation.

If he thinks he is going to be the next president, he is about to get his heart broke. Pedo Joe or somebody worse than him will be the next president. Just as the Democrats stole the election in 2020. And the Republicans stood silent, they [the Democrats] will steal the 2024 election.

Thanks.

My concern about DJT is the way the Deep State will throw wrenches on his agenda.

We already know the federal bureaucracy HATES any trimming back of their power. DJT was unsuccessful in large part—he splendidly cut business regulations, but faced more than ordinary resistance from his own people, let alone those in the legislature and judiciary.

I believe he will face even more of this in a second term.

? No one expects DeSantis to be VP.
That’s not why coming in 2nd is important.

Agree.

Plus

Look at the leaders in the British Isles. 2 are outright rotten leftists, woke to the core. The other 2 are at BEST neocons.

That’s not even close to being conservative. Vivek is the only one that said the right things which I hate to admit I liked but didn’t fully trust him.

I will vote for trump if he wins primary. I believe there are several reasons why Ron DeSantis would be a better choice. Trump will be a lame duck president going in, as he has already served one term. His age is a worry, old age is a real thing. He inspires so much deranged hatred from some that they would drag themselves out of their deathbed to vote against him. He didn’t issue blanket pardon to nonviolent j6 protestors when he was still president. The things he claims he will do this time could have been addressed when he was president. He is terrible at picking the right people.

So? They were just as deranged about Bush, as liberal as he was. They're going to be deranged no matter what.

Again....it was a race for 2nd place & it was close. Everyone knew Trump would win.

Fair enough.

But again Trump is a fighter (more of a street brawler in a business suit) and he knows what’s coming. Guess I figure he won’t make some of the “trust the wrong people” and “we can work together” junk this time around.

Your concerns are valid. I just have faith Trump can overcome the Deep State when (not an if, when) push comes to shove.

Again though I would not be completely upset if DeSantis get the nod.

PS Still voting TRUMP!

“ . His age is a worry, old age is a real thing.”

Thank you for being one of the few around here to point that out. Age IS real and I’m sorry to say even though it’s only been about 9 years since Trump started his first run, he is markedly inferior to what he was then.

All men show negative effects of aging in their 70s. What I’ve seen my parents go through (they are 81) since they turned 70 can literally make me cry when I look at photos taken then. Trump will be 82 at the end of his term.

Still better than Biden…no questioning that (although a world of people who are Dems do).

Someone else noted Trump would be a "lame duck." That normally would apply. Trump is an exception to that rule IMHO. He will hit the ground running and not stop until the very last day of his term. Normal rules do not apply to Trump.

Anyone who showed up to caucus for any candidate was a Die Hard supporter.

This is clearly wrong, and proof you don’t even understand what a caucus is.

A “caucus” is by definition an open discussion, i.e. a debate, between voters, on who they are going to vote for.

They have speakers who come give reasons why they are voting for a candidate, in front of all the voters, to make their case for their candidate. Many voters actually go to the caucus undecided, eager to hear these arguments from their neighbors.

What happened last night was a disgrace and destroyed the purpose of the caucus, when it was announced Trump had already won before the speakers even had s chance to give their advocacy for their respective candidate. Many have reported their phones started blowing up with push notifications from news networks and quickly everyone knew, ruining the caucus.

But like many Trump supporters, you don’t care that the heart and purpose of the caucus was destroyed by the greedy MSM, pushing their cash cow Trump on the people of Iowa, because all his controversies brings them more viewers. You just want him to win, by hook or by crook at this point, because he’s defined deviancy down. Now even election meddling by our side is apparently fair game, who cares about election integrity, so long as Trump wins.
