New Bill Bans Chemtrails Over New Hampshire: Weather Modification, Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, Solar Radiation Modification, Geoengineering

"AN ACT prohibiting the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation."

Last month, Republican legislators in New Hampshire introduced a bill that would ban the “intentional release” of chemicals into the air.

The legislation, called “The Clean Atmosphere Preservation Act,” prohibits “the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation and making penalties for violation of such prohibition.”

It also provides penalties for violations.

The legislation is sponsored by Republican state Representatives Jason Gerhard (Merrimack-25) and Kelley Potenza (Strafford-19).

The representatives argue that atmospheric geoengineering harms human health, the environment, as well as their state’s economy by releasing polluting emissions:

“The general court finds that many atmospheric activities such as weather modification, stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), solar radiation modification (SRM), and other forms of geoengineering, involving the intentional release of polluting emissions, harm human health and safety, the environment, agriculture, wildlife, aviation, state security, and the economy of the state of New Hampshire,” the bill reads.

“It is therefore the intention of the general court to prohibit SAI geoengineering and other intentionally polluting activities in New Hampshire’s atmosphere and/or at ground level, as further set forth by the terms and provisions of this chapter to preserve the safe, healthful, and peaceful uses of New Hampshire’s atmosphere for people, wildlife, and agriculture by prohibiting deliberate atmospheric pollution and manipulation of the environment, providing enforcement and penalties for violative activity.”

If the bill passes, the commissioner of New Hampshire’s Department of Environmental Services “shall immediately issue a cease-and-desist order upon the discovery of stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), cloud seeding, weather modification or other atmospheric polluting activity.”

The bill will make it a felony to use “an unmarked or unidentified aircraft or other vehicle or facility to carry out SAI geoengineering, weather modification, cloud-seeding, or other polluting atmospheric activity.”

Individuals participating in releasing hazardous materials into the air “shall pay a fine of not less than $500,000 or be imprisoned for not less than 2 years, or both.”

The bill also mandates the state’s environmental services department to post advertisements in newspapers and on the departmental Internet website “to encourage the public to monitor, measure, document and report present, potential and past incidents that may constitute stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), cloud seeding or other polluting atmospheric activities.”

You can track the bill’s progress here.

This should be done nation wide. What is the cost of this absurdity that is chemtrails and where exactly is it in our fine budget? St Louis seams to get hit 2 to 3 times a week, it’s never ending waste.

Because stupid bills such as this will be used to justify a belief in chemtrails.

The Antarctic ocean is seasonally quiet, then on schedule it turns violent and dangerous, and few surface ships will dare it.

But it is also known for the oddity of having almost no iron in its waters. An essential nutrient, this means that few creatures can originate there unless they obtain iron from somewhere else.

Some years ago, a group of rogue scientists wanted to find out what would happen if they dumped a ship full of water soluble iron in the Antarctic ocean. Knowing full well that it would be an illegal act, of polluting those waters.

Their science wasn’t bad, even though it was like interfering with a hurricane with a squirt gun. It resulted in a relatively fast, large bloom of plankton, which in turn caused a brief surge in the number of other sea creatures.

And then the seasons changed to the harsh times, wiping away all the evidence. For their part, the scientists were chastised to not do it again.

But it goes to show how relatively easy such tampering can be. For example, contrails happen normally under the right flight conditions. But additives to jet fuel and de-icing fluid could easily make chem trails possible, and unless the additives were highly toxic, nearly undetectable.

But you never know when such chemicals will be very bad, such as the accidental contamination of Agent Orange with dioxins, simply because of using a different production method.

No, that’s not true, but nice try. Show me one actual analysis of what is being “dropped” on us and prove it came from planes.

"It would be fairly easy to prove the existence of nefarious chemtrails...a fleet of air worthy drones ready for immediate takeoff which can collect the air around, in, and below the chemtrails."

On what planet is that "fairly easy"? And who, other than the very government in question, would own such a fleet of high-altitude drones?

I don’t see any mention of “chemtrails” in the description of the bill.

I was wondering how the authors of this bill were planning to enforce a ban on “chemtrails”, unless they want to divert all air traffic around the state and only allow propeller planes to fly in the state?

But, no. The “chemtrails” in the headline was just click bait.

Of course, the word “chemtrail” is not at all accurate. It’s what conspiracy theorists call contrails, which are condensates of water vapor that follow high-flying aircraft.

The article’s description does not make it clear what the bill seeks to ban. I am not aware of “stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), cloud seeding, weather modification or other atmospheric polluting activity” going on in New Hampshire or anywhere else.

According to CNBC, stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI) is another scheme to combat “global warming” by trying to inject aerosols into the high atmosphere to reflect sunlight.

https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/13/what-is-solar-geoengineering-sunlight-reflection-risks-and-benefits.html

So, maybe, the bill is aimed at dangerous schemes to purposely alter the weather in a futile attempt to stop the climate change cycle. It isn’t trying to ban “chemtrails” (i.e. contrails) at all.

Too bad the author of that piece, Jon Fleetwood, didn’t bother doing any research into what exactly is being banned. He could have written a good informative article, not a click bait designed to fuel conspiracy theories.

“excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation”

Who determines what is excessive? Oh, I know. The same folks who decide what “misinformation” and “disinformation” is.

Gee, bye bye cell phones, home (not government) computers, and maybe weather radar, air port radar and social media.

List of 100 U.S. patents related to weather modification. Many or most have probably expired.

https://zerogeoengineering.com/2021/list-of-100-us-patents-related-to-weather-modification/

4686605 – August 11, 1987 – HAARP Patent / EASTLUND PATENT – Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere

Link in the article doesn’t work. This one does..

https://patents.google.com/patent/US4686605A/en

Abstract

A method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region which normally exists above the earth's surface. The region is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density. In one embodiment, circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upward in a direction substantially parallel to and along a field line which extends through the region of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency which excites electron cyclotron resonance to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thereby increasing the charged particle density of the region.

Within this patent document is a section labeled Classifications:

F41H13/0043 Directed energy weapons, i.e. devices that direct a beam of high energy content toward a target for incapacitating or destroying the target

F41G7/224 Deceiving or protecting means

H01Q1/366 Structural form of radiating elements, e.g. cone, spiral, umbrella; Particular materials used therewith using a particular conducting material, e.g. superconductor using an ionized gas

H05H1/18 Arrangements for confining plasma by electric or magnetic fields; Arrangements for heating plasma using externally-applied electric and magnetic fields wherein the fields oscillate at very high frequency, e.g. in the microwave range, e.g. using cyclotron resonance

On HAARP:

In a senate hearing on May 14, 2014, Senator Lisa Murkowski asked the Pentagon why the government was planning to dismantle the HAARP facility in Gakona, AK.

Responding to questions from Sen. Lisa Murkowski during a Senate hearing Wednesday, David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for science, technology and engineering, said this is “not an area that we have any need for in the future” and it would not be a good use of Air Force research funds to keep HAARP going. “We’re moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do,” he said. “To inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed."

https://climateviewer.com/2014/05/15/us-air-force-congress-haarp-dismantled-final-experiment-june/

By “other ways of managing the ionosphere,” it’s likely that he was referring to a space, or orbital-based system.

The government didn’t dismantle HAARP. It is managed by the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Hey man, I was serious when I said I’m done convincing people. I worked on my family for 2 F’ing years about the clot shot. I have info from my good friend in bio tech who worked on COVID tests personally and it all went in one ear out the other. NOTHING is good enough for you people cause you guys are close minded. The info is out there if you want to find it. I know I’m right and I know 100% that you are wrong. You want the info, go find it yourself. It’s all at your fingertips. If not, I don’t care anymore.

When a jet engine emits hot, humid air into an atmosphere that is cold and has low vapor pressure, the result is condensation. The water vapor coming out of the engine quickly condenses into water droplets and then crystallizes into ice. The ice crystals are the clouds that we see forming behind the engine. That is why the streaks we see are called contrails, short for “condensation trails.” Apparently all it takes is one person to mispronounce something and all hell breaks loose.

State and local governments are not permitted to regulate any type of aircraft operations, such as flight paths or altitudes, or the navigable airspace.

One of many sources: https://aviation.stackexchange.com/questions/77462/do-us-state-governors-have-jurisdiction-over-their-airspace

This surfaced some time ago when a state wanted to tax the income made by the flight crews while they transited air space above the state. No dice. A state can tax the employee where they are domiciled. They cannot tax transiting crews. What a mess that would make of the industry.

I would be sensitive to NH wishes and turn off my chem trails, engines and radios while above the state. I wouldn’t want to make it rain on their parade. Jeeesh. SMH
