This stuff drives me insane. The prosecutor just lies right to the judge's face. "We got A letter". Well, actually they got two. Maybe more, who knows?

I think that lawyers should be constantly under oath and if they lie in court they should be disbarred. Cops also need to face harsh penalties for lying in court. It's not OK.

Viable defense and viable claim are two different things. He’s right. There are a lot of hurdles to selective prosecution. I’d be surprised if these two letters really contain enough to make a case. Biden is an idiot but some of the people around him are not, and would be smart enough not to put evidence in writing.
