This young black inner city culture is a train wreck. Has been for decades, no one responsible for their kids seems to want to change it either.

Has been for decades, no one responsible for their kids seems to want to change it either.I just looked it up and blacks only make up 6% of the student population at this particular school. I wonder what percentage of the suspensions they make up?
Apparently this is a very good school that only takes 10% of the students who apply for it.
