Glad to see Sen Paul calling out the emperor on his new clothes. I don’t think many here were being fooled, but McConnell has tried to pull the wool over the eyes of the electorate, hand in hand with Chuck Schumer. To my mind, given the blowback, I’d say McConnell has screwed the pooch. Time to retire and enjoy time with the family Mitch.
