In a poll of 1085 voters in the 2020 Election, 30% responded they voted by mail. Of those:
21% of mail-in voters admitted that in 2020 they voted in a state where they are “no longer a permanent resident”..
21% of mail-in voters admitted that they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member..
17% of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission”..
19% of mail-in voters said that a friend of family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf

5-4% fraud – President Trump wins AZ, GA, and WI. Biden wins MI, NV, and PA. Electoral College is a tie at 269-.
269. This would have triggered a US House vote with each state’s legislature getting exactly 1 vote for the Presidency. Since the Republicans control more state legislatures, President Trump likely would have won.
3% – President Trump wins AZ and GA. Biden wins MI, NV, PA and WI. Biden wins Electoral College 279-259..
2-1% – President Trump doesn’t win any states. Biden wins Electoral College 306-232

WTH? So the majority of fraud was by Trump voters?
There will never be another honest election with mail-in ballots delivered to counting sites by the Post office UNION - that endorses one candidate, -2- an election month makes cheating easier versus an election day, - 3 - it is easier to cheat with no picture id required / same day registration, -4- ballot boxes and ballot harvesting by illegal aliens makes cheating easier, -5- kicking out watchers / installing boards to block the watching of the counting, and more ..

I do not believe that 20% of poll respondents would admit to election fraud.
While I think there were a lot of illegitimate ballots counted, I think it is more likely that a majority of those were created by a small group of people.
Oh yes. People are going to admit to felonies to someone they don’t know on the telephone. You bet.

The one thing that gets overlooked the most is:
The REPUBLICANS were in on it. Couldn’t have happened without their cooperation.

The report found a high corruption rate of around 20% in mail-in ballots. The results shown in that table is 'what if' or sensitivity analysis based on their findings.
If the sample underestimates the corruption in the population and 28% of the mail-in vote was corrupted in those selected areas, then there is more than sufficient corruption in the reported results to change the outcome. If their sample results greatly overestimate the corruption in the population and only 3% of the vote is corrupted in these selected areas, then there is not enough corruption in the reported results to change the outcome.
The authors are showing if their sample results are anywhere close to the population, there are reasonable grounds to state the election results were altered in a significant way. In other words, the less corruption in the reported numbers, the more likely it is that Brandon really did win but the whole study calls that assertion into question.
