True: I recall in late 75 I traveled the entire state of Nebraska. I basically sold my products to city type business folks, but; I recall how great restaurants owned by farmers were. I could not eat the farmer’s portion. It was way to much. I always respected them as they let me hunt pheasant on their land. Most were in corn fields or other brush.
