Well since my lying eyes are totally wrong - there were videos of them running box after box through the machines multiple times. It was not “double count” rather 5-8 times count per box of ballots.
More deliveries of more boxes, the better to keep on counting.

He was down 10,000 votes, they stopped counting, then kept “finding votes” until he was ahead by 10,000 votes, then stopped counting.
