I know what you mean. However, whether by shear luck or something else, during my four years of high school in a hard, hard drinking town/environment, we didn’t lose one classmate to drunk driving. Drinking amongst teens from about age 15 up was common and no problem getting liquor. That was in mid-late 50’s. I sure as hell wouldn’t want that in today’s America!
