“Smart Cities,” which are very similar to “15-Minute Cities,” are no longer theoretical. The infrastructure is already being implemented across the globe and plans are in the works to move us into them. Most of our audience will say they would never participate, but their options may be limited if they don’t get ready to push back BEFORE they’re rolled out.
In the near future, there will be three types of places where people live in western society, particularly in the United States. Most will live in variations of the current major cities, packed into small geographic locations as these metropolises are converted into multiple districts that are self-contained. It won’t be very dissimilar from how it is today except that people in each district will be confined to their district. It will be their dystopian version of a “Smart City.”
A variation of the urban “Smart Cities” will be the mini-versions located near farms, mines, and other necessary societal components that cannot exist in metro areas. The rules for these “offsite” areas won’t be very different for the workers who live there. There will still be guards to make sure nobody leaves the plantation. It’ll be like a prison work program where certain people get to leave the city for a time to pick apples or mine lithium.

The third group of people will be the smallest. The remnant. Those who were able to avoid the oppression and circumvent the diktats will live in rural areas. This group will be truly self-sufficient. They will not require government for anything related to their survival. They will also be equipped to defend themselves against those who would try to take what they have.

Because we know how things work out when elite self-appointed idiots declare themselves in charge and try to run everything through central planning.
They alread effed up fast rails and e-buses. And the Chinese have a real estate disaster because of a glut of cities that no one will move to.
Literally imprisoned for life, and nothing more than slaves to the elite until we do die or are eliminated because we no longer serve a purpose.
Perhaps it’s time to build cities for “them” — okay, camps, see if they like confinement any better than we would.
This impulse comes from the false assumption that everybody should be the same (as us) — the urban leftist reasons, “I am happy living in a small confined neighborhood in a big city, therefore everybody would be happy ...” which of course is far from true. And at the very top of the elite pyramid are people who won’t want to be confined either, already inventing the reasons why the general rules won’t apply to them.
In other words, a carbon copy of the USSR of the 1970s.
Anyway, their plans won’t work, as they open the borders and allow in dysfunctionals who will end up in large cities, the large cities will become ever more unlivable, and fewer people outside them will accept any move to place them anywhere within a two hour drive (the average criminal attention span to go off robbing houses). This “small city” concept won’t work for separated small towns and cities already in existence; people there are already quite happy with the land to person distribution. And millions live in “exurban” areas for the main reason that they want to be close to nature, not cooped up in a big city. Good luck getting any of them (us) to move.
Related subject, I’ve been wondering recently when fascism a.k.a. “the progressive movement” will start to formulate openly their currently hidden plans to terminate lives at t e end of our useful span, let’s say at 75 or 80. I know this is coming, in fact I suspect COVID-19 was a trial run for it to see how it would work and how it would be received.
It would not be difficult to brainwash a large segment of the (younger) population to believe this was a good thing. No pensions to be paid out, no old relatives to take care of, no slow walking pedestrians, fewer right wing voters — another move towards utopia. It would be our duty to Big Brother to co-operate. I will predict this will be talked about in open conversation soon, let’s say 2025-2026, and with a target to implement by 2040 (about when the last gas vehicles are retired from the road, same principle). And of course, the top of the elite pyramid will be exempt — the people would need their wisdom longer.

Who do you think operates those? The most patriotic Americans who hate Leftists. They own guns. They like to fish, hunt, drink, screw, and protect the weak and innocent. Not happening in a million years. Throw veterans in the mix and it might be good they try just to identify how bad the rot is and clean it out all at once.
When the full indications that they are implementing that program become apparent, remember who the targets are for our resistance. First come THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS. They must have “accidents” or just disappear.
And if it was possible to mass-relocate unwilling populations, you can bet China would be doing so.
So you make them willing - free stuff if you move here.

I will die (& kill as necessary) to stay out of that scenario. I mean it. There are things that are far worse than dying, and I know Who holds my eternal future.
I still remember the reports in the 1960s on packing rats together in crowded rat”cities” and watching how they react. The scientists said People will do the same.
That is why I moved way out to the country. Alas, the local city is creeping up on me!
They would also have nothing left to lose.
