I often compare India to Turkey the religious faiths are different but the combination of Nationalism and Faith are undeniable.
Erdogan likes the spelling “Türkiye” for his country and Modi recently spoke of “Bharat” as a name for India.
Dissenters and opponents in Türkiye and Bharat are marginalized and persecuted under these circumstances.
Both governments are trying to influence policy here in the US.
The US remains dominant in the world money system.
But that may change in the next few years.
I think I have it right with India understand I can’t stop trade and business with India but the hypocrisy of our leaders in demonizing China in the process of increasing business with India.
I met a Christian from India 40 years ago and he told a story of poverty and oppression.
Prosperity in India can help make things better but there are imperfections still and human rights reports done by the US gov’t point that out.
My focus in the end is on my own country the USA.
Things need to improve here and I need to improve myself towards that end.
