Yes, that is the solution that one Zeeper thread after another has come up with. Unfortunately, if that was done... it is likely that Billions of people would die worldwide. I guess that no one told you that the Russians nuclear arsenal is both larger and better maintained than our own.

Hundreds of millions would perish from retaliatory nuclear blasts and then Billions more would die from famine, exposure and disease resulting from the complete breakdown of the world's economic system.
