Iran-backed Houthis sunk a British ship in the Red Sea on Monday and attacked two US ships in the Gulf of Aden.
The US is also investigating a US Reaper drone that crashed in Yemen on Monday.
According to reports: “The United Kingdom’s Maritime Trade Operations Agency (UKMTO) reported Monday that the Houthis sunk a ship traveling in the Red Sea , south of the port city of Mukha in Yemen. It is the the first time since the start of Israel’s war on Hamas in Gaza that a crew had to abandon their ship because of the Houthis.”

British navy is so weak now, it can not even protect British ships sailing through known trouble areas such as the Red Sea.
Could we have destroyed the reaper drone wreckage thoroughly after it crashed, or is it known technology to our foes?

Thomas Jefferson was very aware that the reason American ships were being singled out for attacks was that the British Crown encouraged pirates to go after them and made it clear the Royal Navy wouldn't protect them.
Thomas Jefferson would not have U.S. warships defending ships from other nations - he'd let their nations protect them.
It was time to send the updated technology to Iran. Remember the drone that “crashed landed” completely intact in Iran a few years ago? Not long afterwards they started producing their own.
Delay is a way to make things worse. Its a boondoggle in any case. Best to attack now while we have the upper hand. Churchill never would have permitted this. Stomp Yemen now. Fight Iran now before they get nukes.

“Yemen” is on our side. The Houthis are rebels inside Yemen. We are allied with Britain, and may benefit from her aid in this mess. Neutering Iran and her allies is in the interest of the United States, and Britain.
Jefferson convinced the Congress to build the first heavy ships in our Navy. Then he sent them to the Morocco.
He might not have wanted to do that. But he did. That is what matters.
