RE: Biden boasted “the Court can’t stop me. I sign the papers and $138 billion in debts don’t have to be repaid. It’s as simple as that. Judges have no troops or police officers to arrest me. Democrats in Congress will prevent the Republicans from impeaching me.”
Remember, the Dems absurdly said American should fear the tyranny of Trump being elected and the coming end of democracy.
What do they call an out of control executive order dispenser?

Well, the truth hurts. The Supreme Court is powerless unless Congress backs their decision.

Demo-rats in congress will have little influence to protect this asshole from impeachment after Jan 2025! And the new DOJ will have little trouble indicting him, and the courts will then have little trouble convicting him and his family! And the jailers will have little trouble locking his family in the same jail cells where the J6 protesters were once held. Pay back is a bitch......

So does that mean we can ignore any decisions handed down by the Imperial Judicial Branch to Joe?

I caught that part about “outdated notions of a balance of power”. That press secretary Jean-Pierre doesn’t seem to have any notion of how our “dated” system is supposed to work. No wonder so many TV viewers think she is nuts. We seem to have many people in power in gov’t. today that have no idea why there are so many problems or how our government is SUPPOSED to work. She certainly does nothing to dispel that notion. Hopefully the next presidential election will produce some much needed correction in that area.

For profit universities have astounding default rates. When sued, they are protected by federal judges applying federal common law contrary to the Erie doctrine. SCOTUS has refused to address the matter, and that costs the taxpayers gazillions. Congress gets paid off to do nothing. The Republicans could have addressed the student debt problem by writing off debt in exchange for abolishing the U.S. Dept. of Education. They missed their chance, didn't contest the 2020 Big Steal and now the Rats are milking this for political purposes. Writing off the bad debt is the one thing they've done for young Democrat voters. The GOP got caught doing nothing.
