Wow! That clip is SUPER creepy ... I was shocked at a different compilation of Biden clips that was linked last night — he really IS a racist, and a very hateful, arrogant, entitled douche — yet I’ve never before seen most of the comments in these clips — they were buried somehow.
The guys sitting behind him while he is doing that are trying not to laugh out loud. They are smirking and looking around at each other — i.e. “Can you believe this loon?”
