They’re dumb. I’d guess that most ghetto rats are familiar with firearms in some way.
Steroidaly stupid to come out with such a belief that any firearm available to the general public could fire 800 rounds per second. Jackson sounded like a valley girl when she said "800 rounds per second or whatever." The stupid it burns. Only in an idiocracy are such people put on a court which impacts the freedom of us all.
