It’s all a setup as is amply demonstrated by the coordination of NARA and the other agencies.

NOT ONCE has another President ever been criminally persecuted for a minor dispute over document retention and normally the agencies defer to the President.

The case should be DISMISSED with prejudice and the prosecutors brought up on perjury and evidence withholding charges. The judge can do that on a bench warrant.

IIRC Smith has been blasted in previous cases for improper prosecutions, and was probably hired because he was a dirty cop.
