Pentagon is sending aid to Ukraine without Congress approval?
Citizen Watch Report ^

The Pentagon is considering a controversial move—sending military aid to Ukraine without waiting for Congress to give the nod. Reports suggest they have $4 billion set aside for Ukraine, and they might use it directly from their reserves. Here’s the catch: If they spend this money, Congress might not pay them back.

This has raised eyebrows because usually, Congress needs to approve such decisions. The Pentagon seems hesitant to spend this money without a guarantee of getting it back from Congress. It’s led to speculation that they might just decide to send the aid on their own, bypassing the regular process.

Is that enough for Austin’s medical bills?

When the Pentagon starts viewing the Constitution is dead, it’s way past time for action.

Sounds like they might take a lesson from Teddy Roosevelt.

He had ordered the construction of a Great White Fleet, and wanted to send them on a world tour to let the world know of American power. But congress refused to appropriate the funds for the trip. So with existing funds, he ordered the fleet to sail to the far side of the world.

Then he let congress know that if they wanted the fleet to return home, they would have to pay for it.

If they do this, several someones should go to jail.

We know no one will though, because “accountability” is not a word in any dictionary owned by the Feral government.

Congressional Republicans don’t have the balls to do anything about it anyway.

Newsweek just reported Ukraine is getting a “Defense Boost” from Israel.

Israel is doubling down its military support for Ukraine.

Israel will provide Ukraine with an early warning system against missiles as
part of Israel’s aid package for Kyiv, to assist in defending democracy from Russian aggression.

Any aid package from Israel to Ukraine is to be considered US aid since
US financial and military aid to Israel gets broad support in the US Congress.

Israel is helping Ukraine because Russia is Allied with Iran (their proxy is Hamas).

All of this is reminding me of WWI.

The flights of military equipment have been arriving in UKR for some days now. Bit late to cry over spilled milk.

Spend $850 billion on defense every year and there's a lot of "stuff" available.

There would have to be a real risk of impeachment or indictment for misappropriation of funds, which will never happen.

BTW, "Biden" had $33 billion in Ukraine lend-lease authority he allowed to expire. My guess is that also would have required reimbursing the Pentagon, which is why it was never used.

Israel supporting Ukraine, that’s rife with neo-Nazis. The world becomes increasingly bizarre by the day.

Pentagon thugs are above the law... and anyone who objects will be ‘visited’ by FBI goons, Homeland, and their friends in the cartels.

And a visit from a squad of sexual weirdos running the Pentagon.

If they are, it doesn’t reflect the huge defeats the Ukies are taking on the battlefield. The Ukies are now officially in “ defensive mode”, asstated by Gen Srysky himself.

Two huge defensive lines are reported as to being built, outside of Kiev and Kharkov….which means the Ukies ( the West) realizes Ivan will be upon them sooner rather than later….hopefully sooner. Tic, Toc, Tic, Toc….

Apparently we no longer have one, so I guess we will find out how we fare without one. Won't we?

I predict it will resemble life in a third world shithole. we are already heading in that direction at breakneck speed.

Here’s the catch: If they spend this money, Congress might not pay them back.

If it's true, the catch should be much worse than that. Top generals should be court-martialed, stripped of rank, stripped of retirement pay, given less-than-honorable discharges, and perhaps prison time.

“Pentagon is sending aid to Ukraine without Congress approval?”

Look at it from their side - two options:

1. Follow the law and cut Ukraine loose - then Trump wins for sure and possible prosecutions (for earlier crimes) come into play.

2. Ignore the law and send money and weapons to Ukraine to get them through the US November election, and then hope Biden wins as that would mean zero prosecutions.

Makes sense to me that they are rolling the dice with Number 2. The problem, of course, is that Russia knows full-well that the supply of Western weapons to Ukraine is SPENT, and they’re not interested in helping Biden win in November.
