It’s the arrogance combined with the drunken lust for power. The worst ones are those who have had it their whole lives. Biden had no business running for President in his condition, but it’s what he’s wanted his whole life, and failed to do many times. How should Hilary be any different. They don’t self-evaluate in any way. They don’t ask themselves if they are at their peak abilities cognitively. They don’t analyze how much of an insular world they live in. They want to biggest brass ring. IT SHINES!
