Misleading headline. Per the underlying story, the verdicts weren’t overturned, the sentence enhancements to the verdicts were.

Wow, that really is a totally unexpected ruling coming from any court in D.C.
This ruling by DC appeals court doesn't exactly state that. They are ceding a little ground today (shortening the sentences from their stupid long length), hoping to hold off for a while releasing the Jan 6 political prisoners.
This whole process is disgusting, they are yanking around human lives just because they can. These charges are baseless and the public knows it.
Need to slam those bars shut on Biden and his son.
Free the J6 freedom fighters from the DC gulag! Most importantly is that the prisoners who have been held for three years without a trial must be freed! Every judge and lawyer who participated in this judicial travesty must be severely punished.

This treatment of J6 people is intended to get a permanent Federal felony conviction on their record, giving agents the excuse to track them, put them on no-fly lists, make it hard for them to keep or seek jobs, etc.
Are they attempting to slow walk the lower courts totally corrupt decisions? Of course they can never accuse one of their brethren of any wrong doing.
