Every modern jet engine reports various operating coditions,including its location, every few seconds without the supervision or even the knowledge, for the most part, of the pilots I would ASSUME this is NOT true for military jets..
What other large expensive hi-tek machines have comm systems to “call home” now and then”? Railroad engines? Trucks moving military or nuclear materials?
