The US Supreme Court heard arguments on Monday from The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft in arguments Murthy v. Missouri in a lawsuit against the Biden administration and an army of government agencies who have sought to destroy this publication and purged thousands of alternative media websites from the web for reporting so-called “misinformation” and “disinformation".
Other plaintiffs joining the TGP founder the lawsuit against the Biden regime for trampling on free speech include the state of Missouri, the state of Louisiana, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Dr. Martin Kulldorff, Aaron Kheriaty and Jill Hines.

The complaint, initially filed by the States of Missouri and Louisiana, alleges the Biden White House and dozens of federal officials and agencies are conspiring with social media companies including Facebook, Twitter censored the speech of millions of American citizens, particularly following the election of Donald Trump
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals substantially sided with the plaintiffs, prompting the government to appeal, this time to the Supreme Court of the United States.
In an address to the nation on the steps of the Supreme Court, Hoft warned the decision in the monumental case will determine whether the United States remains a country in which citizens are protected by the First Amendment or will succumb to the totalitarianism as the federal government weaponizes tech giants continue to scrubs the free press from the web and retaliates against dissidents of the fictitious detrimental government narratives.
The Supreme Courts will determine “if we’re going to have free speech still in America, if we’re going to have our freedoms. We’re going to go one direction,” the intrepid journalist said. “Or the court is going to decide that, ‘No, we’re going to change things in America for the next few generations,’ and we’re gonna go in a different direction,”

If the SC delivers speech control to the government, I trust Trump will be able to accurately demonstrate the stupidity of that ruling.
I read Benays' book. In it, he was careful to say his techniques should only be used by scrupulously moral men; that they should always be careful they were only saying the truth.

I didn’t discover Edward Bernays until I began writing my book, and from that perspective it was quite eye opening from a medical perspective.
LONG before the virus, I came to the conclusion that what we now label ‘deep state’ has over a century of experience in manipulating the population, including what we also now label as ‘gaslighting’ (though that’s not a new term).
The U.S. as a collective population is in new territory in this era with a biased media and a federal government keen to put the rabbit back in the hat (the rabbit being social media - a creation primarily borne of DS - and my metaphor referencing their efforts to reign in the free exchange of ideas - i.e., censorship and ‘misinformation’ tropes - so that they can exercise the level of CCP control, of which I’m sure that DS is envious).
I strongly encourage some self-education on Bernays, the Creel Committee, the propaganda efforts in every war since 1916, fluoridation, medical matters (one glaring matter being heart disease) and watching with a wary eye every effort/comment by government re ‘misinformation’ and efforts to restrict and/or criminalize free speech/opinions.
