Vince Foster was Bill’s and Hilly’s attorney and had brokered the Canadian tainted blood contract for Bill from Arkansas in the mid 1980’s that resurfaced. And both were decided with Rogers being shot in D.C in the back, a known liberal area with one of the highest gun crime rates in the CONUS. And Foster’s was called a suicide.
