Wherever she is getting her information, it is very unlikely to be from an investigation.
There is a video showing what looks like explosions on the bridge.
To answer why we wouldn’t want to know it was terrorism: because if it was, Joe has no plan to do anything other than flood the country with unknowns. It might make him look bad, worse, responsible or negligent.
She may be referring to the I-95 corridor.

When you talk to individuals with direct knowledge having to do with the event in question, then you’re doing an investigation.
The deep state thinks “investigation” means reporting what they tell you to report.

I’m thinking if it were a tourist attack for what purpose. You would think they would want the highest fatalities during rush hour traffic for instance or a port blockade if it were a naval base

Because it will mask the times when nefarious things actually do happen.
Maybe that is the purpose, to turn off critical thinking skills so bad actors can do bad things .
How could it be an “accident”?! Thousands of trunks and cars crossed the bridge every day and they never brought it down! A stupid boat goes underneath it and destroys it.

There is a video showing explosives. I posted it earlier but it was taken down.
The roadway was lighted. It was night, the sparking of ripped apart electrical cables was very apparent.
I doubt they use 110 volts to power those lights. It’s higher meaning you get a fatter arc when a gap happens.
I was behind an oversize load on a truck when it took down power lines in a residential area. I saw the same flashes of light when the cables were ripped apart. That was 220V.
