Update-
Moms surgery went well late this afternoon. She got out of recovery and is resting in her room. They did a spinal/local instead of general anesthesia due to both age and history of problems getting her to come out of it. My sister said she looks so much better. I talked with Mom for just a minute tonight and she sounds better too.
