Good news for Trump but the news report doesn't mention the judge's name who slapped her down. So which judge ruled against her?

She won regardless. This just strings it out which just burns legal fees for him.

If it was Engoron, I’m wondering if they purposely omitted his name to protect him from retaliation and ridicule from the left?

Hoping that when she’s back, it will be as looking for a new job. We’ve had enough of her.

Didn’t a judge earlier today rule the $175M bond stands and now it’s already been overturned? Good if true, but I want to wait to see of this news report is legitimate. Also the state of New York will appeal this isn’t over yet.

MtnClimber, I was in the Navy over 40 years back. To this day, I still recall the word equivalents for our alphabet: i.e. Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc,
But I never did learn my semaphore codes. Since I didn’t work on the flight deck, I didn’t need to know what the flags meant. So, can you tell us the significance of FLJ?

Took a minute, but the last two are likely the witch’s initials....

Surprisingly it was the nut job Engoron who overruled the slovenly AG James.
The actions of this clown team can only go so far and one more outrageous stunt isn't going to help them. Engoron must be waking up and realizes the two of them are going to have their asses handed to them on appeal. He's ripping off the bandage to get this case over with.
