Now, on the heels of yet another revelation—that Kerry’s DD 214 (“Report of Transfer or Separation”), displayed on his website, shows his Silver Star embellished with an unauthorized “V” for valor—which makes it facially false and at variance with official government records (see our article, John Kerry’s Mysterious Combat “V”)—it has come to light that his Silver Star award is fraught with other peculiarities.

Nope.
This a new and different Holzers' article

citations for the same silver star.

Got a link or two?

As I read it, this is new article about the citations.

The previous article (links above) is about the Combat V.

Admiral Boorda did himself in for less.

Yes, but you can conjecture the Kerry Kamp spin as
easily as I can ...

"Well, Boorda killed himself because he was wearing
medals not awarded to him. Kerry wore medals actually
awarded to him. That they were obtained through
fraud does not rise to the level of suicide."

Noticed on Kerry's web site that there is a DD215 (Correction to DD214) date in 2001...changes Vietnam Service Medal to VietNam Service Medal with 4 bronze stars (?) - was that one for each of the months he was there? And why wasn't the Silver Star citation changed?

I know I'm going to get grief for this, but I have to agree with what Laura Ingraham said today: The battle over Kerry's medals, and what he did or didn't do in Vietnam, is largely a "he-said, she-said" kind of controversy. But what he did when he came back, when he testified about the prevalence of "atrocities" committed by virtually every US soldier in Vietnam, and about how his comments amounted to a knife in the back to every US prisoner of war in North Vietnam, is definitely a "he-said" proposition -- he said it; there is record he said it; he cannot deny it; there is no room for debate.

This, and not the medals, should be the focus of opposition to Kerry. The medals are up to debate. Kerry's backstabbing betrayal of US soldiers and our POWs is not subject to debate, and is more damnable.
