Uhh... the first Saturday in April. It's a festive occasion.

Try motels in Arlington. It's only a short drive to DC.
We booked our rooms in JULY!!!!!!

A little trivia. I think I read somewhere that W's term actually ends at noon and his inauguration at 1:00 PM technically means that we are either without a President for an hour or Dick Cheney is President for an hour.
