Look closely at this photo of Brian Williams and tell me there's nothing weird about it...

The lower eyelids.....they're creeping me out. Does this guy sit in a tanning bed with eye spoons on?

BTW, this is what Williams says about bloggers:

Almost all TV programs put white-ish makeup below the eyes of folks to keep the overhead lights from making huge baggy shadows under their eyes.

If you look closely, you can see this on many TV shows.
