I got an electric keyboard last year. But I shall refrain from making jokes about playing with my organ! ;D

It was a new and unwelcome side of a man I thought I'd known pretty well, a man who never shopped, who wore a watch with a cracked plastic band, and who drove an old unlovely car, knocked askew by a deer a decade ago. Then again, some of that obtuseness might have derived from being male in the first place.
This broad is a Twit (capitalized on purpose). A condescending twit IMNSHO.

"I once fell asleep listening to Bob Dylan at the Beacon Theater."
Don't care what she has to say after this little nugget.

LOL my hubby bought a bass gutiar two years ago.I was stunned!
he had never played any instrument before ,didnt know how to read music or what a chord was. but lo and behold he is in a band that plays locally a couple times a month and he plays on our church worship team. this was a side of my hubby i'd never seen before but what the hey it keeps him interesting and at least he cleaned the shop out back up before turning it into a studio full of equipment and guys coming over to play on the weekend.

I've read glowing reviews of his translation of Beowulf, though I've never read that interpretation, myself.
Judging by the rest of his oeuvre-and admittedly, I've only read snippets from most of his poetry-it seems like it would be a well-crafted work, if nothing else.

Q.What's the difference between a guitar player and a large pizza?
A. A large pizza can feed a family of four.

In my basement, I have this really cool accordion... I got a violin. Maybe you and I could jam sometime. ;-)

Hilarious! But mainly because it hits pretty close to home!
