Kerry's records are protected by the Supreme Court's discovery of the right to privacy in a mishapped interpretation of the constitution. All others who came before are not afforded equal protection and since they are no longer with us; their challenges are mute!

Don't I remember something from the freedom of press type rules that once you enter the public realm you forfeit your right to privacy?
