AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) -- All series long, the Detroit Pistons huffed and puffed. On Wednesday night, it was LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers who blew their house in.

A stunning role reversal on the Cavs' fairy tale ride?

Maybe not.

"It's just basketball," James said. "They're not the Big, Bad Wolf. And we're not the Three Little Pigs."

James scored 32 points and assisted on Drew Gooden's game-winning shot to lead the Cavs to an 86-84 victory over Detroit -- their third straight win en route to a 3-2 lead in the second-round series.

"Pride comes before the fall". The arrogance of the Pistons seems to be catching up to them. I admire the maturity and level head of LeBron James. He said after the game "We're all grown men, and this is just basketball. It's not life and death, and it's not like they're the big bad wolf and we're the three little pigs. We all lace our shoes up the same way." I hope all the money and fame doesn't ever affect his personality and temperament.

I thought Cleveland played great team basketball. Detriot lost their composure.

I can only imagine how exciting it will be at the Q on Friday Night.

And so laughable, Barkley said exactly, "Cleveland will get mauled" and who would argue with him when he said that.

The NBA season for me is often ho-hum; but these playoffs have been electrifying, I'll tell you that.

The Lakers vs. the Suns, Pistons/Cavs, Mavs/Spurs; Clippers/Suns a lot of good roundball.

What do we predict now??? Detroit one game from elimination; I'd pick?? I'll tellya in the next thread; I've got to think about it.

C'mon Clippers!! They bumbled that game away the other night; though no sure thing as both sides made crucial errors.

Detroit had it's backs to the wall tonight, now both teams are in the same situation; I think, Cleveland can win it! 3 ET Sunday.

In all honesty, the Cavs had this game tonight and gave it away. Beaucoup turnovers, no defense against the three, and no threes of their own. Now they are really behind the 8-ball, going back to shitz-town on Sunday, where the piss-tons will have momentum. Just another Cleveland sports weekend.

There is a ball game to play Sunday afternoon on ABC.

LeBron James has the heart and the talent to join this list of names.

Magic
Byrd
Jordan
Chamberlain

What did those guys do on Sunday afternoons over broadcast TV ?

LeBron knows it. I will gurantee you that he feels it. He is ready for game 7 right at this moment.

The anger and frustration of game 6. I think the table is set for an amazing performance by #23 in game 7.

this is where the legends sparkle.

BRING ON GAME 7.

I gurantee you that LeBron James is ready for game 7. Not only is he ready, he is pissed. That is bad news for Detriot I say.

Well, my ears drew in the talk when it was on espn radio today;

First guest on the show said, "look at both San Antonio and Detroit, how hard it is to knock out these Champions by the Clippers (Monday) and by the Cavaliers (Sunday)"

Then the next guy said though Detroit is playing at home, really, Cleveland is in the "nothing to lose" sort of situation, the pressure will be on the home team.

I know in the past if a team I like is knocked out, I often lose interest; but I like the upstart teams and less dominant teams (the way Detroit and San Antonio have dominated for the last few years but I know it took quite a while for the Spurs to finally get there).

I guess these NBA playoffs aren't big enough yet, to have a live thread like say, the Yankees/Redsox playoffs get, but I'm eagerly expecting the game.
