Yeah, it does, but I have to tell you I don't understand why.
And I'm not defending that the guy used a real functioning weapon as a prop for this goofy activity. I'm just asking, why is it so hard to make sure the thing's unloaded...?

It is easy to do...but it can be hard to get people to take even the most basic of steps to keep themselves alive and well. Some people are just too young to understand the consequences and some are just too irresponsible...and some are just plain stupid...like rappers that dance about with guns.
