Hehe, and where shall they deliver to? To the guy with a Germany-jersey on the Friedensplatz in Dortmund? LOL.

The headline says: “Here's how we're going to annoy the Italians tonight: Order a pizza at 9 pm!”

The game starts at 9 pm, local time.

it's a call to order pizza at exactly 9 pm middle european summer time - incl. phone numbers.

I definetly would not order after the game since the italians will probably try to get even using special ingrediences.

It's a harmless joke, but the game could become quite ugly. Many people blame the Italians for Frings' suspension, as the whole “blame Frings for the brawl after the Germany-Argentina match” campaign was started in Italy, apparently by a TV station named “Sky Italia.”

I'm still not entirely certain who will win. True, we have never lost in my favorite opera house:

And the bird seems to be a good sign.

BUT obviously there are worse signs. Take the flag of North Rhine Westphalia, the state Dortmund belongs to:

The colors obviously indicate a possible advantage for this team:

>Meanwhile I got my hands on top secret training material of the Italian team and I fear this will be a hard match.

Right at my home town - at the first crossing i have to take going to work - some Italian dare devil put up his flag.

I guess he's supporting someone at the tour de france.

Yes, Italy has already dispatched this German team once and in every other World Cup. Germany meet the Italian defense, which doesn't surrender goals in the final 10 minutes to your elimination aka Argentina.

So 100 peroni on Italy today against the 320 balance of donuts.

Forza Italia.

Hey that bird has a Fring of red. Nice. But everyone knows no fringe, and no victory.

No doubt about it. The Italians made Frings throw punches against the Argyles.
It was an Italian/Argyle conspiracy. But then the BBC revealed the truth; it's an Italian/Argyle/Bush-Karl Rove plot.

I love when that happens. :)

Well, it is not the suspension per se that ticks people off, but rather the peculiar way it came about, specifically the perceived Italian involvement. It is a bit subtle, I know :-)

Absolutely right you are...

...let's not act as if we where english.

He shouldn't have shown his fists in that pictures.

Although the Argentinian player said he wasn't punshed and heinze wasn't punished at all and FIFA is a heap of unorganized fat arses that just wanted to look politically correct.

I expect a game like against Sweden anyhow.

This is a minor calamity

You mean like the perceived involvement of Ronaldo inducing a red card on Rooney?

This is just silly. Either the guy hit the Argyle or he didn't. Blaming the Italians, Argyles, Bush or Karl Rove is just sour grapes. What was there like 2 billlion people watching that game?

Why not blame the cameraman while you're at it? You know how those media people control the pictures. Scapegoat'em. :)
