I'm glad to see Pokémon scaled back to a single episode.
Spider Riders is the new up-and-comer that I predict will rival Yu-Gi-Oh!

How fun! A live thread on the Saturday morning cartoons?
If I feel I'm missing out, I can just read about it on here.
It's like a little slice of home. :-D

A live thread on the Saturday morning cartoons? Well, I've seen threads on much less relevant stuff.. radio shows and the like. ;-)

Spider Riders is the new up-and-comer that I predict will rival Yu-Gi-Oh! You're right. My daughters, die-hard Yu-Gi-Oh fans, are crazy about Spider Riders. I watched it last Saturday, and it's a pretty good show.
(Personally, I still miss Johnny Quest.)

Sorry but modern day's cartoons can never rival the magic of Chuck Jones' originals.

You're right. My daughters, die-hard Yu-Gi-Oh fans, are crazy about Spider Riders. I didn't think I'd like Spider Riders but I was surprised.
Heck, I didn't think I'd like Yu-Gi-Oh either!

Where's Yosemite Sam? "Great horny toads,I'm up north!"
Or Foghorn Leghorn? "She reminds me of the highway between Dallas and Fort Worth. No curves".

Sorry but modern day's cartoons can never rival the magic of Chuck Jones' originals.Well, this is a live thread for today's WB episodes.
I'm sure you can look around the Internet and find all sorts of mushy, sentimental discussions of cartoons past.

Heck, I didn't think I'd like Yu-Gi-Oh either! LOL! Neither did I.
After watching it for a while (and giving in and buying the card game for the girls), I realized Yu-Gi-Oh is a great tool for teaching intricate strategies....and more colorful and complex than chess.
Who says you can't learn anything from watching cartoons?
(grin)

I can affirm that humblegunner actually watches and knows these cartoons better than anyone in the world.

He needs to hurry home, though.
It's almost time for Spider Riders!
Very, very strange that his new favorite is about . . . spiders.

So are you watching Pokemon now? Heck no, Pokemon sucks. Loonatics slightly less so.

He needs to hurry home, though. Made it with five minutes to spare!
There were a lot of mesquite limbs to kick out of the truck.

I thought a cartoon ping was going to link me to something like Kimmie's fireworks show.
