So you're saying that a Libertarian would support a law banning offensive behavior? How would your Libertarian justify this?
Your post #171 didn't ask about Libertarians. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn of Libertarians who support a law banning public masturbation, and who justify it on the same basis as they justify their support for laws regulating tire-burning.
If you insist on being part of the debate, AND if you have anything to add to the subject, feel free to answer my original question. How would such a Libertarian justify it?
If you don't know, don't respond.
Your question has been answered repeatedly. Amusingly, you will not not accept this reality, and insist that a proper Big "L" libertarian would make, - what, -- a 'proper' answer that you could shoot down with conventional knowledge?
If you don't know, don't respond.
We do 'know' -- and we will respond, whether you like it or not.
That's a falsehood; your post #171 made no mention of that other post.
You decided to butt in and then attempted to change the discussion to burning tires.
That's another falsehood; I added burning tires but in no way ignored or drove out the subject of public masturbation.
You couldn't make an honest post if your life depended on it, could you?
