My brother was born at 25 weeks back in 1970, his first five years were tough, but then he just took off. He was a nationally ranked runner in high school and later went on to complete Ranger school.

The term U of M uses frequently is "Quality of Life', What EXACTLY IS Quality of Life?? Does anyone REALLY know?? Everyone's interpretation of statements are different and We disagree with their interpretation.
