Wouldn't bet on that. Those old bombsight poopers are considered modern "plumbing" today. It'll be tough to improve on them, since they see no need.
'Sides, all their engineering talent is tied up making bombs. ;~)

Interesting that you know that, a Cornell study from almost 40 years ago said that the toilet should be about 9 inches or less off the floor, it also recommended urinals for homes.
Instead we went in the opposite direction and created even higher, handicapped toilets for public bathrooms.
