Here is one I saw in Florida, "FQROOXX" figure it out. It took me 10 minutes to get the last half.

Similar to the one I saw in Virginia in the early 80's, that got past the DMV: FAAAHQ.

This guy should have said that it stood for Freeborn Office of the ADministrator, or FOAD1.
